Delivery & Returns

UK orders will be subject to a standard delivery charge of:

£10 + VAT for all orders

We aim to deliver in-stock orders within 3 – 5 working days. However, this may not be possible for non-stock items. All orders are subject to availability. We will endeavor to contact you should the items on your order not be available within 3-5 working days.

Delivery Method

If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave you a card to notify you of the missed delivery attempt. This will allow you to either telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect it from your local sorting office.

Refunds
We accept the return of all items, which are returned within 14 days of delivery and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. If you require a refund, please contact our office on 01553 766688 or email info@comserveuk.com.

Faulty items
If the item you received is faulty, please contact our office on 01553 766688 or email info@comserveuk.com then we can evaluate the fault and decide the required action.

If the fault cannot be rectified over the telephone by one of our technical advisors, we may need to take the item back for refund or replacement. Note: refunds cannot be processed if the fault has been caused, created or is a result of your misuse.
