This year we proudly sponsored the Sparkle Awards 2022 for Avante Care & Support. We attended the event on 19th October at the Alexander Centre, Faversham. The awards ceremony celebrates recognising and rewarding the excellent work that goes on across the organisation. There were 15 award categories including Awesome Deputy, Achiever, Catering Star and Best Boss awards. The ceremony also celebrated good care practice across the care homes and home care services, staff development across the organisation and those staff who go the extra mile to support their work colleagues and others.
